包包裡面有什麼東西? What's in my bag?

Today I was watching some YouTube vids about what's in a lady's bag. It's so strange how some people have so many things in their bag! They carry big (oversized) bags, which is too big for their body and I wonder whether they get a bad back/shoulder posture due to the heaviness of their bags. It's terrible to have a bad posture, because a bad posture can change your image/expression. I think people with a good posture look more "elegant".

I hate heavy bags. When I was in high school, I kept all my books in my locker. I only carried the necessary books to class or back home to do my homework. I remember some classmates carrying all the books around, they looked so small and yet carry a big bag. When I went to University, I never carried any books. These books are 10x heavier than high school books, oh my goodness! Luckily, it's not necessary to carry those uni books around, only a pen and paper are enough to make lecture notes :)

Whenever I sit I tend to have a bad posture (not sitting with a straight back), my mom always corrected me and said "sit straight". It was so annoying, but now I know how important it is to have a good posture. Thanks to mom I don't have an ugly back and now I keep reminding myself to have a good posture. For some people it's still not too late to correct it, just google how to correct your posture :)

So, what's in my bag now?

Tada....! Not that much right? :P Only the essentials ^_^
- iPhone
- iPod nano
- makeup bag
- wallet
- Rosebud Salve (I love this product)
- Tissues
- Keys
- Chewing gum

Sometimes I'll also carry a bottle of water. I cannot live without water, I tend to be thirsty all the time. I need to drink at least 2 liters a day ;)

So main message here is: don't carry too many things around if it makes your bag heavy. The heaviness of your bag can lead to a bad posture, which makes you look less "elegant".

V signing out.

  1. I find that even when I don't have tons of stuff in my bag, it feels heavy. Boys have it so easy - all they need is their keys, cell phone, and wallet, and they're good to go! :P
